In providing the Purchase Services, Shreddies Australia Pty Ltd may provide you with a variety of delivery and insurance options offered as part of the Delivery Services by the Delivery Service Providers. You acknowledge and agree that Shreddies Australia Pty Ltd is not the provider of these delivery and insurance options and merely facilitates your interaction with the Delivery Service Providers in respect to providing the Delivery Services.
In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services, Shreddies Australia Pty Ltd asks that you:
- contact the Delivery Service Provider directly to request a refund or to claim on any insurance options available; and
- contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org outlining in what way the Products were damaged in transit so we are able to determine if the Delivery Service Provider should be removed from the Purchase Services.
Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2 business days. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays.
Domestic and International
Shreddies Australia Pty Ltd ships domestically as well as internationally. However, we are unable to ship to the following countries: Argentina, Asia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chilie, France, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Peru, Poland, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom and United States. If you wish to purchase Shreddies products from those countries, please contact your Shreddies supplier. Shipment rates and delivery estimates
We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
Shreddies Australia Pty Ltd aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. Standard Shipping costs $9.40 – $19.40 up to 5 kgs and includes postage and packaging. The order will arrive within 3 – 8 business days. Express Shipping costs $12.40 – $26.40 up to 5 kgs and includes postage and packaging. The order will arrive within 2 – 4 business days. Shipping will be calculated automatically at check-out.
International orders are sent with Australia Post. Shipping costs will vary between $18.20 – $150.45 up to 5 kgs and is dependent on the Australia Post Shipping Zones. Shipping will be calculated automatically at check-out. This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements, we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally. The international delivery times are likely to be delayed by Coronavirus disruptions. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.
Duties charged to recipients of international mail items are determined by the destination country. Because we have no control over these charges, we are unable to advise what duties may apply.
